Service Delivery Policy

Activation timelines

• Business profile activation: within 24 hours after successful payment and verification
• Sponsored promotion: within 24 hours after content approval
• Scheduled promotion: starts on the selected approved date
• Analytics access: enabled according to the purchased plan after successful payment
• Payment confirmation / invoice: visible in the business owner dashboard and/or sent by email when available

Failed verification or activation

If verification fails or a paid feature does not appear within the expected window, contact support with your transaction reference. Joyaavo will attempt to complete activation or advise on cancellation/refund eligibility under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Related refund eligibility

Services not activated after payment, and duplicate payments, may be eligible for refund review. Activated plans and completed promotions are generally non-refundable except where legally required or Joyaavo failed to deliver.
