These terms govern your use of Joyaavo. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Introduction
Joyaavo is a B2B local advertising and business-profile platform. By using our website, Discover experience, or Business Owner portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Joyaavo. Business owners must have authority to register and manage listings on behalf of their business.
3. Business Owner Accounts
When creating and maintaining your account on our platform:
- Provide accurate registration details and keep your profile updated.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for honoring promotions you publish and for ensuring your business information is lawful and accurate.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraud, or pose a security or compliance risk.
4. Customer / User Accounts
Joyaavo helps customers discover businesses, offers, and promotions. Business owners use Joyaavo to list businesses, publish posts, manage reviews, and purchase Joyaavo's own listing, promotion, and analytics services. Joyaavo is not a party to transactions between customers and businesses. Joyaavo does not process or settle transactions between consumers and listed businesses.
5. User Content & Conduct
Customers use Joyaavo to discover local businesses, view offers and promotions, and contact businesses directly.
Joyaavo is not a party to any offline transaction between customers and businesses. Any payment for goods or services happens directly between the customer and the business.
6. Paid Digital Services
Joyaavo charges business owners only for its own digital platform services, such as business profile listing, featured listing, sponsored promotion visibility, and analytics access.
Prices, taxes (including GST where applicable), billing cycle, validity, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are as disclosed at purchase and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy. Plans expire according to the purchased validity. Auto-renewal applies only if you explicitly opt in at checkout when recurring billing is offered.
Services are activated according to the Service Delivery Policy (typically within 24 hours after successful payment and any required verification or content approval).
7. Payments
Payments for Joyaavo platform services are processed through an authorised payment service provider. Joyaavo does not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV, or banking credentials.
Joyaavo accepts payments only from business owners for Joyaavo's own services. Joyaavo does not collect, hold, split, transfer, or settle money for listed businesses, and does not process or settle transactions between consumers and listed businesses.
8. What Joyaavo Is Not
Joyaavo is not:
- A payment aggregator
- A digital wallet or money-transfer service
- A marketplace that collects customer payments for businesses
- A cashback, lending, investment, gambling, or betting platform
Customers may contact businesses directly. Offline purchase, payment, refund, delivery, or service disputes are between the customer and the business.
9. Prohibited Business & Advertising Categories
You may not use Joyaavo to advertise or operate businesses involving (without limitation): illegal goods or services; weapons; drugs or controlled substances; adult sexual content; gambling or betting; money laundering; pyramid / multi-level schemes; hate or extremist content; or any activity prohibited under Indian law.
You also agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive practices.
- Post false, abusive, illegal, or infringing content.
- Submit fake reviews, spam, or impersonate others.
- Misrepresent Joyaavo as a payment intermediary for your customers.
10. Intellectual Property
Joyaavo branding, software, and platform content are owned by Joyaavo or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant Joyaavo a licence to host and display it to operate the platform. You must have rights to any content you publish.
11. Disclaimers
Customers may contact businesses directly for inquiries and offline transactions. Joyaavo does not act as merchant of record for those offline transactions.
Disputes regarding offline transactions are between the customer and the business, subject to applicable law.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so for security or legal/compliance reasons. You may stop using Joyaavo at any time.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyaavo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, disputes are subject to the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date on this page will change when we do. Continued use of Joyaavo after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
